Great lifting! Just wondering what numbers did you guys hit?

I benched 220 easy then missed 235 twice. I should have gone for 230 and then tried 240 but you live and learn.

Big Pete had an impressive deadlift of 310kgs I think. It was good to meet a few new guys today, big Pete included!

I can do an explosive 220 kg negative too, very explosive...

Anyways great lifting Rob! I'm sure you'll do a 240 kg bench soon... maybe at the bench press at the pub contest... see you there!

Does anyone know the dates of the 2006 BPO comps. I would like to lift in one.

Training is going well. I have been squating and deadlifting raw with no belt. I have also really pushing the bench press hard. I have smashed all my raw PBs on 1-5 boards, i will starting to use a Metal pro viking bencher soon. I tried out Little lee's viking and hit a PB the first time i used it!

Have you replaced your lifting equipment yet?

I got a 2ply Titan F6 which came a few days after the incident, so that survived. A set of size 37 predators came yesterday, but the new pattern for them is different to the old, so I'm sending them back for a size 35.
I think the new pattern will suit me better.

I got a new Titan Centurion, which I have been using to deadlift with, and I'm still waiting on Inzer to make me a new canvas.
