Appologies if this has already been posted, but I can't remember seeing these in any other thread.

There is an article and set of pictures from the GPC 2005 Worlds in Germany the American Powerlifting Committee website. The pics take some time to load, but there are lots of familiar faces!;)

thanks for that helen bit annoyed as im not on list after winning 140 masters 40to44 and had biggest squat of meet with 410 missed 440 on technicallity as bar was deemed to move 1 and a half inches down my back after hitting good depth and getting up. benched 262.5new european record missed 275 on last inch dead lift poor but will add to my total big time when i sus it out.contact lb baker and thank him for his support it makes u feel good to be noticed maybe i shouldnt be so shy or change nationalities.

also notice dave mannering was not mentioned for his class win in one of the most close and exciting battles of the contest.its a shame all competitors dont get a mention as it takes an effort just to qualify and it would help keep there interest in a minority sport...how about alan luker the best lifter at show on formula in the masters 50 plus 100kg class with i think 340 squat 170 bench and world record 340 or45 deadlift. maybe mr bakers report should be rewritten.

I agree Bulldog. There's some serious gaps in the reports.
