Can some give me a write up and a few results from the last wsa welsh single lifts comp,as i missed the show.

Tough shit, you should have got your lazy ass down there - ha ha ha!!

There's not a lot to say really mate other than it was another good day out as usual. It was a typical WSA comp with all the regular faces tryng their guts out to beat PBs etc. We asl had a meeting about the WPU afterwards, I'll fill you in on the details of that later.

I'm sure Ken will be sending out one of his reports very soon.

Ha ha ha, not everyone but there are quite a few of us here!

A lot of us met up at the Welsh championships in February and kept in touch and got to know each other via this site as Justin (who runs this site) was also at the Welsh championships.
