Here are a couple of vids taken by me at the Sussex Showlifting comp last Sunday.

First is Welshdragon strict-pressing a 160k log.

Time for a rest I think bigman, 160 is pants for you mate - even I can do 140+ these days!! That said, the press part was very strict - as usual...

He got 170 after that, but it wasn't quite so easy. 170k when worn out is pretty good though!

Thanks Lads! Got to add rob thats the biggest and hardest log I`v ever used it nearly 14" in Diam:confused:

I pulled out of the stones because my back was fucked by that point and it didnt matter because it was a showlifting comp wich is similar to a singles comp in powerlifting!
