well it is impressive to bench over 1000 pounts, but it would be more impressive to see some 1 bench 700 or 800 pounds RAW with out all the shit on , lol what shirt did he hav on, its mad

a few have done a 700lb raw bench i think, but Gene can probably bench at least 700lb i think

I read on a US power forum, that his shirt was re enforced with piano wire, and that more than one person saw him warming up and he was struggling with 405 raw.

Could be bollocks, but I have read similar things in other places.

hes a strong guy, iv seen a vid of him squat 1005 and it was pretty easy, so hes not all upper body, just predominantly
