Here a few lifts from my last heavy squat session before the GPC worlds. They are a little high.
The first one is 370kg, 2nd 390kg and the 3rd 410kg

your sqts are very strong del but you must get them deep i would say 2 " more to be safe at worlds they will be very strict good luck andy b

Thanks Andy. I will go deeper at the worlds. I hope every think is going well for finland. How you getting on with your inzer kit?

so far so good bench shirt is awsome the double rage x and that sqt suit wow when i get used to it 550kg sqt will be there its amazing good luck in germany del say hello to mark for me

Yes they looked a little bit high but they were so easy that I'm sure you'd have still got them easily at legal depth. Best of luck for the worlds. It looks like you MUST be going to go over 1000.

Looked very powerful.
Did look a tad high, like Cuntos said, more than enough power there to make depth though.

Fancy coming to Genesis on Friday to deadlift?.. I'm bringing the t-shirts along. It will be the only chance I get before you go.

I don't think i will have any problem hitting depth on the day.

plenty off power on way up 370 hlooked high as did 410 but 390 closest take your time del as u come up quick.if u lean fwd to much it gives u the impression your going deeper than u r.( good advice hope i can use it myself in a couple of weeks) ask mark u cant get much more knowledge than that

I have my fingers crossed they are not going to fuck the names up, or put the wrong name on the wrong size, I have had them type it out on the computer, so lets hope we don't get a retard who can't read print them....LOL
