I will have to miss this one Phil because I'll be in Germany with the WPF Worlds.

All the training is done now, just got to keep an eye on the old bodyweight and then its time to have a good go at a few records.

Yer she has just started useing a squat suit shes getting on ok with it at the mo. and just make sure the boys cut the lump off and not your whole finger you wont get the dead lift r record with a pinky missing

242.5kgs on the bench for Tim Davies British BPO record
335kgs deadlift for Mark Griffiths WPF record

I think 942.5kgs is Sam Watts BWLA record and its also the heaviest total for a British 110kg open lifter (of course its a tested total and with less support equippment than I'll have on)

Its easy to talk heavy though!!:???:

They will be awesome lifts! It would be good if we could get all the best 110kg lifters from all the british powerlifting organisations to lift in one comp! What are the BPO rules with support equippment?

First off let me say that I admire the big lifts that you are putting in at competitions. I'm a mate of Bradley Burrowes and he always asks after your progress.

The BPO allow single ply briefs and suits (I use a Titan centurion with centurion briefs) and two and a half meter knee wraps. The bench shirts are also of single ply only, again I use a Titan Fury.

We have never had a positive drugs test in the history of the BPO:D ;)

Its a shame that there are so many feds when it would be good to meet up to see all the best lifters in one place.

Thanks that means alot. I also admire your lifts too they are awesome lifts in single ply! Hows Brad doing? Good luck and all the best at the worlds. Say hello to Mark Griffiths i lifted against Mark a few times weightlifting comps.
