Travelled down to Bath today to watch the BPO Open and give Bryan some support, it was his first comp, and he lifted really well. I'm sure he was chuffed with himself.
Seen Alex also and gave him some support. Alex had a good comp, benched very strong, about time really, as he has impeccable form.
He had a nightmare with his grip on the deadlift. I don't know how he holds onto the bar with hook grip anyway. Must have no feeling in the ends of his thumbs.

Check out the gymnast half way through before some fat bastard got in the way. She kind of took mine and also Craig's attention off the powerlifting.
How I would have loved to be her coach, the dirty twat hands his hands all over her ass when she was on that pole, supposedly helping her technique, lucky bastard!!!
