Don't feel too good today, got a bit of a shitty cold, but still couldn't help going heavy on the squats. Like Chris said, I need to back off a little now, so not to injure or burn myself out.

I can't wrap my own knees with the hybrid on, so I got my brother to have a go with the 2M ones I have, he did a good job, bit loose but couldn't really complain.

Enough of the excuses, here is my little high 325kg squat tonight: http://www.powerliftinguk.com/files/325kg%20squat.wmv the fact the camera was looking down from the shelf didn't help with the deception of making depth...LOL, in all truth it did feel like I didn't go as deep as I normally do, but I thought I made WPC depth, the clip tells me otherwise.

One last thing, walking that bitch out is hard work.

AJ do you think I stick my ass out enough in the hybrid??? it looks to me like I didn't in that clip.

Amazing. I did something I thought was good, then come on to see that!

Anyway, maybe you just have to fight the suit more, mine tries to push my knees forward, really have to sit back into it.

Thanks. I know I can make depth probably with more weight, I need someone to wrap my knees tight with 2.5M wraps and get this shitty cold away from me and start eating more.

Nathaniel it is supposed to be the same in all feds, hip crease to knee level, but the WPC judges do tend to give some high squats, white flags. I don't think that would pass in any fed to be honest.

Hard to tell from that angel on how well your sitting back because i can not see the line from you knee to the floor. Kinda looks like your allowing your knees to come slightly forward instead of pushing ur butt back. Looks like a few more workouts and you'll have the suit down to a T!! Keep up the good work bro

nice try justin, i think you need to get the camera at a better level for judging your depth, dont think it will be long before you get it in well done

I thought you'd like it, you cocksucker, I'll sing YMCA for you next time...Smokes Now!!!!

The suit cuts blood flow off to my legs when I bring them in further than shoulder width stance, plus my knees were wrapped.

Its hard to tell the depth from the angle. Thats a BIG weight for some one who only weighs 82.5kg!!! Well done Justin your looking very strong. I look foward to see what you do at the WPC worlds!!
