Yep, Its definately capoiera.........Hes got some great height on the acrobatics

Brazillian Capoiera is excellent to watch and there is an african version too also looks quite good........

I'm liking that!! I can just see myself jumping, spinning and kicking just like that....or maybe not. Ever seen 19 stone take off...nope neither have I!!

LOL, theres a guy trains over here (portugal) is about 17.5 stone and he moves pretty well, not quite the height but can jump and spin similar
