World Championships in Germany

Are any of you guys n gals competing in Germany (October), and if so hows your preparation going?:cool:

I am training harder then ever for this one, as you know Big D because you do all my training with me. BullDog is going to join us for a some sessions!! That should give me a real push to squat big!!!!
I also just got a email to say my Inzer Canvas is on its way!!!!

Never been to the Gallery before, would love to visit. Let us know when your training and we can make some arrangements.

You have big thighs, going to be fun to get that bitch off you.
I can slip into the suit by hanging the straps over the squat bar in no time, but it takes a bit of work to get off.
I need to pull the suit over my arse first and then work the legs down, takes about 10 minutes, and half a pint of sweat, last thing you want to be doing after a hard squat session.

I'm loving the canvas, I think I will be good for about 350-360+kg in the WPC. The canvas is also working really well for me for deadlifting sumo style, I'm hoping for 290+kg at the WPC, but I might use the Metal V-Type over the canvas for deadlifting.
I got some Predators and also a new Rage x. I have a size 48 Rage X that I have had for a while and have ordered a size smaller, partial open back, grid stitched, superneck, 2" off the sleeves. Doubt I will get anything below 190kg to touch with that.

Did you sew your Predators or send them back for alterations???

I just go my predators size 40 with no alterations which seem to be ok thanks to Brent at irongladiators, I think i can squat more with predators and knee wraps then I did at the british with my hardcore. That new rage x with the super neck sounds awesome have you gone for a single or double. I think you will find it will that more that 190 to touch.

I train in the afternoons at about 2 or 3pm most days due to work.

If you get the weights that you put in your last post will make one hell of a total in the 82.5s in the WPC worlds.

I am looking to squat 420+ at the worlds with predators and a canvas, Bench about 220+ in my ragex and deadlift 360-370+ in a Max DL.

Brent sized me into 36 Predators. They should be with me very soon. Looking forward to trying them out.
I went for another 2 ply Rage X. I can get 160kg to touch in my size 48, so I'm hoping the size smaller won't make it impossible to get some pressable numbers to touch.
I am confident to squat and deadlift what I put above, just unsure about my bench press, I'm hoping for 200kg, but I have dodgy shoulders atm and it can be shit or bust on that one.

Can't wait to see what you do over in Germany, your going to do something big in your new gear. Fucking awesome total your above lifts give you. 1000+kg total will win it with ease. 910kg won it last year and 900kg the year before that.

Chris and I are going to pop up Genesis tomorrow, is it hard to find Gallery from Wembley??

You have your BPO Worlds, and BPC have their GPC Worlds in Germany and you also have the WPC Worlds and WPO Semi Final in Finland.

Hope you get the above numbers and take home the win James. How is your training going??

DEL, it sounds like you are on for a 1000+ total which will be great. And if you can deadlift over 800lbs that'd be awesome and no sane person can say you're only lifting big due to the equipment (you must have seen those sorts of posts on goheavy.com right?) :D

traingins going well hit 200kg squat tonight with suit half way up and belt and wraps(felt pritty eaasy gonna try 205 nxt week)

since i been doing semi sumo stance on deads im starting to rep the 200 now up to about 3 reps woth no suit.

bench is up to 110 for 3 reps raw

also up to 13 and a half stone, hopeing to hit 14 by november

It costs $30 dollars to customise the shirt, I had it grid stitched, superneck put on and 2" off the sleeves. Apparently helps to stop it ripping, especially when the shirt is super tight, which the new will be, but it also gives a little bit more support. I'm keeping the size 48 handy, because I might have problems getting anything that I can press to touch.

I think it's junction 4 you come off at then, sounds easy to find, anywhere will seem easy after finding Genesis.
What days do you train what Del??
Does Marc still have the other twin to the monolift at Genesis??

I train mondays,tuedays,thursdays and fridays at 2 or 3pm. I would also train on a saturday if you chris and bulldog where coming down to train. You will have to let me know how you get on with your new rage x. I think they are fantasic shirts! Bulldog said he has also ordered a rage x, I can't wait to see what he does in it, I will be some thing big for sure!

We have a mono lift, 25kg squat bar and and good deadlift bar (they were all used at the british)

I wont be competing in Germany because I have the British police championship the following week and it means 3 days out in Glasgow on the pish and I want to smash all the national police records! I also dont think I am ready but in three years time.....COMEON!!!

I think GB will do very well and I want to see the trophies!!

Nice to see your training well Del and I will hopefully pop over one week and have a giggle at you trying to get in and out of the canvas!! i was speaking to Jerry at Genises and he was telling me about Justins and the amazing stopping power the suit has...I want to see it in action before I retire my boss.
