I noticed with recent pictures of you, that you have changed quite a bit from when I last saw you here in the UK, at the BPC British 2004.
You have aged in the face, and filled out even more.

Chris i wont be able to make it to finland due to the finacial hole i am in, school cost way too much over here but i am commited to finnishing my degree. Ill be home over xmas and plan on taking a trip to wales to visit you lot.

First pic is from the 2003 APA United States Open Bench Press & Deadlift Championships February 8, 2003 - Celebrity Casino, Kennewick, Washington were i pulled a state record 470lbs and just missed a 515 pull

2nd pic is from Senior Nationals this year where i pulled 645 and just missed 675

thats good progress in 3 years ,how long had you been training prior to the first pic ?
I deadlift conventional too ,but the mrs deadlifts semi sumo .

I started training 1 year prior to that pic but I was mainly lifting to help with sports.
