That's pretty cool. Tough to have to do six in a row. Do you know how heavy they were?

I think the last is 170kg, and I think they all drop by about 10-15kg per stone.

He's like a machine - he just keeps on going and going, take a look at his training log in the link below.

I know he's now got a 170 or 175kg stone at home and can almost "lap it". I've had a go of his stones and manages the small one, just about got the second one off the floor, I think that was 120 but couldn't budge the 140 but he was picking that up to shoulder height!

The stones didnt go very well yesterday(very slow)!

but I did get a new pb on the log and I think it is a british record by 2.5kg! heres the Vid!

Having downloaded these videos I've finally worked out that it must've been the Sussex strongman comp yesterday... damn! I meant to go and watch. I guess it's a bit late to wish you luck then Dale! :razz:

Anyway, congrats on the record. That log looked easy too.
