This has been bugging me for a while and as I'm getting coser to meets I'd really appreciate some advice. How can you pull a bench shirt down properly when my belt is over my singlet not my shirt? By the time I've pulled my singlet up a bit and put my belt on the shirt rides up a bit. Maybe a daft question but it takes a few kilos off my bench.

I have my handler grab it through the singlet and then place the belt up high, then just before i go i have my handler push the belt down under my belly which also pulls the shirt down.

Put the singlet over the lot, so the belt is under the singlet.

but they are such good fun!
niel you could try getting some one to pull the back up at the same time it should not spring up at the front as much, also wear a loose singlet so much
