Pyrros Dimas is a awesome lifter, I holds a number of world and Olympic records. He won the 1992,1996 and 2000 Olympic gold medals and bronze in 2004! The weight he has on the bar in the picture is 172.5kg in the snatch.

In olympic lifting the red=25kg, Blues=20kg, yellow=15kg, Green=10kg, white=5kg, black=2.5, sliver=1.25 and the bar is 20kg.

Oh yep ive just looked closely at the pic, first time i hadnt got my glasses on , i couldnt even see the silver plate and i thought there were 3 reds! Lmao im blind!
