Hello all, just wandered over from uk-m (different name), and thought i should say hello.
Not really a powerlifter or really a strength athlete, though i do like to watch all strength sports.
Have lifted weights on and off since i was 15 (some 27 years ago) for many different reasons (various sports).
Keen interest in muay thai, aikido and wing chun.
would like to improve on the 3 power lifts and figured i could get some usefull info here.
