Just goign to list my deit in here as it really needs a turbo shoved up it's arse.

Er... wednesday. EDIT: tuesday?

1. Coffee. 100g Oats in milk. 2x bananas. Water.
2. Train (squat - heavy)
3. Milk x2 pints.
4. Fish and bread. Water.
5. Cake. Water.
6. Fish and bread. Water.

Is this a diet to lose fat??

I'd add a protien drink to meal # 1.

Wheres the protein??? MORE MORE MORE....fish is ok once a day but get some steak and chicken down your throat. Try whole meal pasta and rice as well. MILK?? after a squat session? What about a HUGE pro-mass?? with some jaffa cakes.......

LOL. Sorry guys.

I don't have much time to update this :(. The meals are much bigger than they look. It's 300g of fish and half a loaf of bread. (My favorite.)

Planned for today:

1. 150g oats. Oil in juice. Water.
2. Pizza hut buffet. :smile: (continuous eating from 1200-1500)
3. Duck and potatos & veg. Milk.
4. Hoerm made MRP. Water.
5. Chicken and rice. Milk.
6. Cottage cheese and loads of bread. water.

Shoudl og to plan as I have prepared everything.
