My immediate goals are to squat 400kg, bench 200kg and deadlift 300kg, which I am confident I will do within the next 12-24 months, some of them sooner than others.

Hummmm....good question.....win BPC worlds in about 3 years time the totals will hopefully look something like

Squat 420kg
Bench 270kg
Deadlift 400kg

Have no idea if this would be enough but the speed at which my strength is increasing is quite scarey in less than a year I have put 100kg on squat, 65kg on bench and 100kg on deadlift.

A more immediate goal is to get a 900kg total and go from there.....at the British in June I managed 815kg and I still feel I have alot left in Squat and bench.

These are only goals but hopefully a score is on the way....

His leg is healing well Del, he is back in the gym and looking serious!! It would be good to compete against you......once I get my Squat and deadlift in shape!

Still struggling with my shoulder. Can't do more that 100kg at the moment without pain. So I'm just doing as many reps as I can with 100 and 60. I was hoping to go up to Tysley for the unequipped but I won't bother just to do 140. I was hoping to do 170 or more. Next year hopefully.
