BPO for me too, may compete in BPC again too, but will be in single ply for a while until I feel I'm ready for the hardcore stuff!

I don't understand why you say that Alex. Your plenty strong enough for 2ply gear.
I never even used any single ply (except DL suit, which is still single ply), just jumped straight into 2ply from raw.

Raw.....squatting 270 kilos!
My raw lifts are 205-150-245, I can't see me being able to lock out what a good 2 ply shirt or suit will take to touch/make depth. (also 2 ply is expensive!)

Bwla
Things are grand, the gym is a little less noisy without Ali but everyone feels better because they are not being out-squatted by a guy who weighs 56kg.
What shirt do you use Phil, big Terry has been telling me to ask for some tips on how to use a titan fury NXG+.

say hi to terry for me tall about a great guy i think all you need to do is to get it on right get the arms the same seams in the same place inbetween the bi/tri and pull it updont think you need it to low on the front as it pulls it away from you are you going to commonwelth ????
I am going to go down to watch if I can, too good a comp to miss. I haven't lifted in a powerlifting comp this year so haven't qualified (not a matter of ability I insist  ) Wales must have a chance of doing well although there are a few sheep in that neck of the woods that might distract one or two from the lifting
