Holiday was great. Little bit too hot for me. Got a nice tan except for the spots of Vitiligo I have.

not sure, spine at the base of my back hurts like buggery if i move my legs forward or lean over. not the best for squats/deads. aggrevated it a couple of weeks back and not got better really. couldnt go above 220k suited on the weekend and after that i couldnt even bend forward to touch the bar for deads!!!! not too good
