How are my Brittish Powerlifting brothers? Cool site. I will try to stop in from time to time.
Its fantasic to see a great lifter like your self on this site. I look forward to seeing the results when you lift against Ed Coan. I saw that you used to do Olympic Lifting. What are your best snatch and clean and jerk? I used to do Olympic lifting my self, I have been powerlifting for the last year.
It would be great to see you lift in person one day.

Welcome, what an honour to have you on the site.
Be awesome to have you stop by now and again.
A lot of us British Powerlifters are in final preperation for the BPC British Championships this weekend. We will have coverage of the event shortly after.

Thanks guys. It is cool as hell to be on a UK Board. I can here your accents in your posts. Cool as hell. To the guy who asked about OL, I just started doing some again, and I hope to Snatch 140 kilos and C&J 190 kilos in a meet sometime this year just for fun. Show a little diversity. Also your boy Bolton is a bad ass.

Del, to say Im well impressed at your lifting mate. I was gutted for you with the deadlift, you had it right to the top. Plenty more from you in the future. It was nice to talk to you, real genuine guy, thanks. Il try the rage-x
It was great to meet you. Your 352.5kg squat was awesome to watch and your bench has improved alot over the last year. I look forward to seeing you break that world record deadlift soon!! I just had a bad day on the deadlift. I was looking to deadlift 365kg. I am looking forward to lifting alot more later in the year.
I have to thank Mark Cullimore alot for all the help he give me with my training leading up to the British. I was gutted for Mark, he tore his quad in training, I think he would have give PJ a real run for his money!! Mark was doing some big lifts before the injury.
I think the Rage X would work well for you. It would be worth you speaking to AJ Roberts, he knows alot about the rage X.
