thanks for the kind replies guys.
ive won the nabba scotland too many times now and i feel its about time to move over and let someone else win, i dont mean that to sound big headed, im not but when there are girls who compete year after year with me and havent won yet, it not right to keep doing it all the time, they need a crack at it too.

also i won the nabba britain tall class then 3rd in nabba worlds. i think it time to change class up to physique in efbb, thats what i plan to do in sept 2005.
