The clips and pics aren't all on the server yet. The links will start to work once the file has uploaded to the server, only a few files to go.

Cool, much easier, good view of my bench too!

Don't know why I look so pissed off in that pic, but the stealth photography has caught a lot of candid shots it seems!

Trainers, I know bad choice.

I'm going to buy some good footwear, but I'm still paying off the equipment I bought on my credit card, got to keep a control on my finances, because I like to spend what I haven't got. :)

i would advise against oly shoes if you have a wide stance squat

I've got those shoes in Red Justin (I wanted blue but didn't have my size):

but as Help said, most people I see with a wide stance tend to use flat shoes.

My stance isn't very wide though and I found them to be very comfortable, they also seem to help my balance. You can have a go of mine tomorrow mate if you like - and if size 12.5 will fit...

Nope, just changed to sumo and hook grip and got a 40k PB.

Alternate grip twists the spine and my back can't take it.
