knee wraps

can someone advise me on correct way to apply knee wraps please don't normally use any straps just me belt

I go out to in though, due to someone telling me about it being less likely to cuase knee problems.

brilliant mate thanks i only use wraps on my last set . reason i ask is due too plenty of people telling me of problems they got buy relying on them
