Ridiculous strength, remember that bar does NOT rotate so if you try to power clean it you snap your wrists off (the wheels and bar are one solid piece welded together), so awkward if you have no experienced with it like Ross, but when you got bullish strength like that who needs technique?

Brilliant - just awesome power!

I remember chatting to Dean Bolt about him in the WSA comp, Dean's a big mate of Glenn's and is organising Wales' strongest man for Glenn's federation this year. I was so carried away with it that I almost missed my first deadlift! From what Dean was saying, he sounds like a real character and a really nice guy.

awesome, how does he do it. I have just come in from my garden. Ive been practicing carrying strange heavy objects, we have a jcb out the back and I use the jcb buckets for training. Im totaly fucked. but after watching that i just want to go back out and do some more. he's awesome!!!!!
