Health Tips for the Powerlifter from Courtney Stanley:

Move!!

Make it a daily habit to move your body. Anything that moves your body helps your body. Chasing the neighborhood kids off your lawn not only is good for your body but good for your soul too.

There are many ways to be fit. Sex is a good way to keep fit. Chasing someone to be your partner can also be good exercise. Holding them down during sex can help keep both you and your partner fit.

You can exercise in small increments. One doesn't have to do a 45-minute aerobic dance class to be fit. Take a short walks through out the day. Walking from the sofa to the refrigerator several times can keep you fit. Instead of using the television remote control, get up and change the channel. Move, move, move, it is the best way to keep fit.

In order to improve the circulation of blood to the feet, try jumping up and down and screaming like a chicken.

Lying on your stomach will help you keep your stomach flat.

Remember standing on your head will give you a headache.

Food

Avoid fatty foods. Stay away from fried foods such as burgers and french fries. Eat healthy salads, they are better for you but will make you fart like a sick dog. A short walk is good to take after eating a healthy salad.

Eat 5 or more servings of fruits and vegetables per day. This can be easily done by drinking 5 bloody marys with celery sticks a day. The tomato juice counts as a fruit serving and the celery stick counts as a vegetable serving. By drinking 5 bloody marys a day you will be on the road to good health.

Never grocery shop when you are hungry. Never do anything when you are hungry except eat. If you would like to lose weight then do not grocery shop at all.

Too pooped to cook after a long day at work? Consider frozen dinners. If you know what to choose, they can be a great source of nutrition and quite healthy too. Remember they taste a lot better if you don't eat them frozen.

Nutritional supplement drinks can be lifesavers for people too busy, too sick or debilitated to eat a proper diet. But they also have a downside. With prolonged use, these formulas are known to cause the intestinal lining to weaken and break down, leaving it unable to properly absorb nutrients and water. This leads to unpleasant, and potentially dangerous, diarrhea. But hey, don't be a wuss. Remember diarrhea is a great way to shed a few pounds! Enjoy!

Slimfast is a good supplement drink filled with vitamins and minerals. It tastes even better with a couple of scoops of ice cream and some Bailey's Irish Creme.

Quit Smoking

The single best thing you can do for yourself is quit smoking. Break the cigarette habit by substituting something else. A beer makes a nice substitute but only a light beer. Drinking several light beers will result in you walking back and forth from the washroom. This is exercise; the more you drink the more you exercise.

Avoid Pollution

Particularly avoid smoke-filled rooms. If several people are smoking, let go a good fart. Eating healthy salads can help in clearing a room of stinky smokers.

The Buddy System

The best motivation to get moving is knowing that someone is joining you. Make a standing daily date to meet someone for regular exercise, preferably sex.

Get Outside

It's well known that exercise improves your mood and increases optimism. Leave your home and get some fresh air.

Tell your doctor if your hands seem to be cold. It might be a sign of an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism). Or it could mean you are outside during winter without gloves.

Go for a long walk. You'll clear your head and with all that healthy salad you have been eating, you'll clear your home of that extra gas.

We hope these health tips will be helpful.
Remember Healthy Saeed says, "Always eat healthy and keep fit. Wear your seatbelt or you will be a healthy corpse."
