I've been looking into some westside routines over the past couple of days and keep coming accross the acronyms ME and DE. Can anyone tell we what these mean please?
Also. do any of you train Westside and if so, how have you found it and do you have any decent links to further information?
Cheers Rob.

Max Effort and Dynamic (speed).
A lot of people take bits from westside and incorpoarte into their training. Westside is like a template to construct your own.

It looks like bloody hard work too - especially with those chains and bands etc.!

www.elitefitnesssystems.com should give you all you need to know about Westside. They also use RE (repetition effort) which is just lifting with normal sets/reps ie 4x10, 3x3.
