How much do you guys aim for/get a night?
I aim for 8 I get about 7 three days a week as I sometimes have to be in work at 7, think about changing my shift back to 9 - 5 so I can get more better quality sleep, but the rest of the week I have the choice of a lay in.

I usually get 8-9 hours a night. Varies a lot depending on whether my baby son decides to wake up.
If I get less than 7-8 hours of sleep many nights in a row I start to feel it, in and out of the gym

I'd like to get 9 hours, that would be great, thing is I have trouble getting to sleep early, got any tips justin?
I just lay there for about 30 mins to hour before I can get to sleep, just cant seem to relax, I think if I can get my sleep sorted out I could be alot stronger and gain better.

Don't have a TV or clock in the bedroom. Go to bed with a clear head, don't finish on the computer, doing work etc. and try to get to sleep with your brain still in overdrive.
I have a black out blind and thick suede curtains with lining in the bedroom, it's pitch black. This helps for better quality sleep.
Have sex, rollover and crash out.....LOL... It's a male thing.
My Mrs detests how fast I get to sleep. I literally hit the pillow and get to sleep. She can be talking to me one second next thing I'm twitching next to her. She says I snore but I'm sure I don't. I just breath heavy through my mouth, as my nose is a bit fucked from boxing.
I never slept as well when we used to watch TV in bed before going to sleep. Also I used to wake up sometimes and check the clock on the radio, so that's now gone and my quality of sleep is 100% providing our son doesn't have a bad one.
I also don't drink coffee, hate the stuff. If I drink coffee I find it hard to wind down at night.

Between 7 and 9 a night. Any less than 7 and I can't function properly.

I generally get around 7 during the week (usually not enough) and about 8 or 9 on the weekend.

generally about 7 per night during the week...11pm-3am, 4am-7am. I have a wee 5 month old son who takes after his dad and EATS EVERYTHING. Wee bugger still needs a feed in the middle of the night, but squats 25kg already and is well on the way to benching more than me!
Feck kids really screw your training...........
